COVID Guidelines, Spa Policies & Additional Information

Updated COVID-19 Guidelines and Precautions:
Spa Capacity & New Clients:
Our spa remains at 25% capacity, the same limits as when we first reopened in June 2020.
As an added precaution to limit our capacity, we are temporarily not accepting any new in-person clients. This does not apply to new clients that have already scheduled their appointment. Learn more about virtual consultations below.
Booking & Screening Process:
Online booking has been temporarily disabled. We are hoping this is only for 2-4 weeks. We encourage you to get on our waitlist for openings, and updates for when we will be accepting new clients again.
Appointment requests need to be called in by phone only and COVID-19 screening questions will be asked before scheduling.
If you present any symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has, we ask that you reschedule your appointment at least 14 days after exposure.
Checking In Process:
We continue with temperature checks for every client upon entering our building and require hand washing before stepping inside the spa.
Treatment Room Precautions:
Our estheticians continue to wear a face mask, face shield and gloves during every facial.
All clients will be given a clean mask at the end of their facials.
Laser clients are required to wear a face mask during their appointments.
Briotech's HOCL (Hypochlorous Acid) is diffused in all treatment rooms and at the front desk. HOCL is a solution that is naturally derived from our white blood cells - it is safe for the skin, as an oral treatment or breathed through the nose. It is antiviral, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory, and an incredible defense against viruses and to protect your skin.
Facial coverings are required when entering and exiting our building.
All clients must self-screen for symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving. If you are experiencing any aches, fever, cough, etc., we will need to reschedule you. We will also be offering touchless temperature checks upon arrival.
Only guests under 16 years old can accompany you during your appointment.
When you arrive, please send us a text message (206.792.9448). We are limiting the reception to one client at a time.
You'll need to wash your hands first at our restrooms located to the left of our door.
Your Esthetician will then escort you directly into the treatment room.
You will be asked to stay in the treatment room if we are with another client at the Front Desk.
The waiting room will be closed off during this time.
Our Estheticians and Front Desk will have all appropriate protective wear to keep you and our staff safe, including masks, gloves, goggles and face shields as needed.
We have allotted extra time in between each appointment to increase cleaning measures and to maintain social distancing.
If you are new to our med spa, we do have a New Client Intake Form to fill out. This way our Master Estheticians can get to know you a little, and what brings you into Bella Fiore. You can save time before your appointment by filling it out online. Or please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to complete it in person.
We do not require advance payment on services, however, all appointments need to be reserved with a valid credit or debit card, per our Cancellation Policy. You may always use a different form of payment when you check-out.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Services: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, day-of cancellations, or no-showing to a service appointment may result in a $45 fee.
Consultations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, day-of cancellations, or no-showing to a consultation may result in a $25 fee.
We do understand that life happens, and we take into account any emergencies, or last minute rescheduling issues or conflicts. If you do need to cancel or change any appointment, please call our Front Desk a call as soon as possible. You may also send us a text message: 206.792.9448.
Microneedling treatments and Laser appointments for Large and Ex-Large Areas require a 48-hour cancellation notice.
Tips are not included in the cost of our facials or treatments. While gratuity is never expected, it is always greatly appreciated.
Bella Fiore does not offer refunds on services or packages sold. If you have any unused services in an existing package, you may be able to convert the remaining balance into Spa Credit, and use the value paid towards other treatments.
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 1 week of purchase for a full refund.
All gift card purchases are final, and are valid for 5 years from purchase.
We want our clients to receive the best results, so treatments in a package should be completed within a certain amount of time, depending on the treatments.
Spa packages for facials and Microneedling expire 1 year from purchase. Laser packages for Laser Hair Removal, IPL and Cleartite expire 2 years from purchase. If you have any questions about expirations, please contact our Front Desk prior to purchase.
We are located in the heart of Queen Anne Ave, and parking can be limited depending on the time of day. We encourage all clients to allow for extra time for parking in the neighborhood. We usually have luck with parking on the residential streets adjacent to Queen Anne. If you are running late or experiencing difficulty with parking, we ask that you let us know immediately and we'll do our very best to accommodate your appointment.
